Linda Gaylard is a Tea Sommelier based in Toronto.
She is author of the international bestselling,

Published by DK, a division of Penguin Random House, The Tea Book is a world tour of the art of tea. It has been translated into 12 languages.
Linda is chair of the Tea Guild of Canada. She appears in media interviews, is a consultant and spokesperson for the food and beverage industry, lectures, and hosts tea events.
She is currently instructor of the George Brown College Tea Sommelier program.
